【業務概要】
顧客の経営やサービスの中核となるITシステムの提供及びアウトソーシングにおいて、マイクロソフトテクノロジーをベースにしたデータプラットフォームソリューション導入コンサルティング、システム設計・構築を担当いただきます。

【必須（MUST）】
● DWH/DM/DataLakeなど各種データプラットフォームの構築経験
● ETL/ELTなど各種データパイプラインまたはデータストリームの構築経験
● SQL/Python/Sparkなど各種データ操作言語の使用経験
※いずれも3年以上経験、サブリードポジション以上でのプロジェクト経験が望ましい

● データプラットフォーム構築におけるチームリード・マネジメント経験
● クラウドを利用したシステムの構築経験
● Azureのデータプラットフォームサービス群(以下)いずれかを使用したシステムの構築経験

● LambdaおよびKappaアーキテクチャパターンに関する知識
● アジャイル・スクラム開発の経験
● Visual Studio、SQL Management Studio、Synapse Studio、R Studioなど各種データプラットフォーム開発ツールの使用経験
● Git、Azure DevOpsの使用経験
● MCITP、MCSE、MCPD、MCSD等MS系資格
● Snowflake (Stage、Snowpipe、Taskの使用)、Teradata、Netezza等 Data platform製品、Hadoop on Windows Azure等 ビッグデータ関連製品に関する知識・導⼊経験
● Tableau、Qlik、MicroStrategy、Cognos、Business Objects、Dr.Sum、SAS、Hyperion、SAP BW等 MS以外のデータプラットフォーム製品に関する知識・導⼊経験
● 統計解析業務（各種モデル設計・実装、データマイニング等）の経験
● 情報活用に関する業務分析（業務診断、業務改善提案等）、要件定義の経験
● アナリティクス領域のソリューションセールス活動
● ビジネスレベルの英語⼒
● Microsoft認定資格Azure Data Scientist Associate、Azure Data Fundamentals、Azure Data Engineer Associate保有
