Avanade gives me the flexibility of exploring new ways of working. I choose to work in an alternative work week where I still work full time but shift my hours so that I can take every second Friday off. With this extra day, I can do something different or simply take a break.

You know, something that really struck me as a new joiner at Avanade is the level of support you get from others. If you're stuck on something, you can just send someone a message asking for help. And even if they're busy with their own projects, they're more than happy to take the time out of their day to help you. I think that's it. The heart of what Together we go beyond means to me. It means that you could be confident that there's a support system in place to not only help you in the moment, but teach you and push you further than what you could have ever even thought possible. I mean, since starting a few months ago, that support and that sense of unity has helped me improve my skills as a data analyst so much and accelerating my learning far beyond what I could have done on my own, that's for sure. I could excel because those around me are there to help me and push me to do more and go further. Overall, it means that as one unit we could do more together, which just benefits everyone. Really. We become better analysts and clients get a better service. I mean, what's not to love, really
