What does Together we go beyond mean to me. So for me, Avanade really values teamwork. We work in multidisciplinary teams on projects to achieve a common goal for our clients. And even once we've left our clients, we leave a long lasting legacy of the work that we've done.

So as a consultant um on the digital sales team at Avanna, I would say the company's focus on sustainability and diversity and inclusion have allowed me to be able to make a genuine human impact in my current role uh by working with clients to identify innovative solutions to um solving complex business challenges and promoting sustainable practices. Um I'm able to create positive change and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.

Together we go beyond is our mantra. It's what it means to be a part of Avanade. And really what that means is that you believe that through diversity and teamwork, we can achieve greater things together. And I felt that from day one at Avanade, I've learned so much from my peers. I've always felt this very strong sense of community and that not only do we take care of each other, but we always respect each other and we try to empower every voice because we believe that together we're stronger.
