Hi, This is Christophe from Avanade in Belgium. I've been working now for 13 years for Avanade and I've got this really amazing company when it comes to the flexibility and the new way of working that they are providing to really find the best work life balance. Since I've been working now for 13 years, for instance, 10 years ago, my kids were a lot younger, and we have different priorities in the family on when we wanted to spend time with them. And so, as this has changed over time, also Avanade shows the flexibility to adapt when and how and where I wanted to work to make sure that I can find that new balance. Also, I was very lucky to be able to provide to, to perform different roles over those 13 years. And of course, the work is organized differently by role for each role that can be different. But what I always experienced was indeed that mindset to really look for that flexibility to making sure that you can find the right balance between your work and your life outside of work. So one of the things that definitely keep me in the company at Avanade is the openness and approachability that I see in a lot of my colleagues. It doesn't matter if those colleagues are local or people that I just occasionally meet on meetings online, Teams, in emails. I always feel that my colleagues at Avanade are very kind and approachable and knowledgeable in their fields so we don't just have really good conversations about personal stuff between the lines which of course happens, but it's also easy to reach out if you have a problem or any sort of questions, and I have always received nice and kind and warm responses, making it easy to know that there are people you can ask whenever you're stuck.
