We are seeking a resourceful and curious Product Manager to lead our work in Canada’s largest bank owned loyalty program, Avion Rewards. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of personalized experiences for our members and merchant partners. You will work at the intersection of AI, finance and marketing, leveraging innovative technologies to create user-centric products that deliver an engaging member experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborate on a comprehensive product strategy, aligned with Borealis and RBC's broader objectives;
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
- Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders across Borealis and RBC, fostering collaboration and alignment towards a shared vision;
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively.
You're our ideal candidate if you:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products;
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully shipping products in a collaborative manner that drive business impact and customer satisfaction;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
