The Role:

We’re hiring a frontend engineer who is passionate about high quality software development and solving tough problems with creative code. Our customers are global and with that comes interesting challenges for you to solve!  You’ll be building the most exciting and fast growing jewelry brand in the world, empowered to work autonomously, and with strong team support. You will be working closely with our product designers and managers to raise the business to the next level translating designs and requirements into functional and appealing interactive web applications. Our ideal candidate is creative, solution oriented and is always taking care of delivering the best experience to our customers. Implementing new features and practices, learning new vanguardist technologies and applying them to get the job done makes a part of our day by day work.

What you'll do:

- Work cross-functionally with other teams from Product Management to customer experience to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Developing and delivering excellent and fluent UI interfaces focusing on user experience and performance indicators.
- Collaborating and sharing with other team members in order to grow the collective knowledge.
- Fixing bugs fast and taking your time to solve hard problems well - knowing the balance is key!
- Documenting your work for others to easily understand, including our amazing App Support team
- To write functional requirement documents and guides for new development initiatives.

What you bring to the team:

- 5+ years of work experience in Frontend software development
- Fluent in english and ability to communicate effectively
- At least 1 or 2 years of work experience with JS ecosystem (NPM/Yarn, ES6, Redux)
- Good eye for user experience and user interface.
- A solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them
- Great capability in iterative development
- Write unit and integration tests
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design to align on product requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Nice to have: Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- Experience in web accessibility development.
