Job Description
RBC Capital Markets seeks a Business Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey to collect, organize, and analyze data to identify business opportunities that can assist with making business decisions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, recommending changes and solutions to enhance business operations. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, business flows, and functional specifications to ensure effective communication between business and technical teams. Produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in trading systems, market data source, compliance regulations for equities and convertible bonds, and convertible and preferred instruments. 3 years of experience with Java programming language, C# programming language, and the application infrastructure and its purpose in the technology stack. 3 years of experience working within the electronic trading stack, SQL, CTP data, and scripting knowledge (Bash, C-Shell scripting).
The salary for this job is $135,000 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
