What is the opportunity?
This role supports the successful delivery of Wealth Management Europe’s (“WME”) Data Culture programme of work. The programme of work is designed to create a modern culture of data across WME, empowering employees to use data confidently and appropriately.
You will be responsible for creating and supporting initiatives that enhance data literacy across the business. Topics include (but are not limited to) data quality, privacy, data sharing and usage, as well as areas of interest (such as Generative A.I.).

Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This role supports the successful delivery of Wealth Management Europe’s (“WME”) Data Culture programme of work. The programme of work is designed to create a modern culture of data across WME, empowering employees to use data confidently and appropriately.
You will be responsible for creating and supporting initiatives that enhance data literacy across the business. Topics include (but are not limited to) data quality, privacy, data sharing and usage, as well as areas of interest (such as Generative A.I.).
What will you do?
- Identify needs in data behaviours, literacy or potential topics of focus for the data culture programme
- Engage stakeholders to generate ideas in line with strategy, as well as generating creative ideas directly
- Assist with implementing roadmap of work by taking ownership for materials, assigning actions to others and working with stakeholders
- Successfully arrange initiatives and communications across different channels, working closely with Communications, Business Shared Services & Learning & Development teams
- Gather and analyse feedback from initiatives, utilising surveys and focus sessions
- Facilitation of and/or recording of actions from monthly Data Culture Working Group meetings
- Facilitation of and/or recording of actions from quarterly Data Culture Champions meeting
- Manage Data Culture Connect and intranet pages
- Communicate and work with the Chief Data Office and Wealth Management Data Management Office on broader data literacy initiatives as required
- Create and collate materials and resources for learning, exploring both internal and external channels
Must have
- Self-motivated, cooperative, and collaborative attitude
- Experience of participating in projects with multiple stakeholders
- Stakeholder management / facilitation of meetings
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to present or communicate complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to various stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Agile, project management or design thinking techniques
- Awareness / understanding of core data topics
- Experience in employee education or literacy
