The Data Clean Rooms Applications team builds services and applications that empower secure multi-party collaboration on sensitive data while preserving the privacy of the data. Customers can now seamlessly combine and analyze data from different parties using the easy-to-use UI or work with clean rooms programmatically using developer APIs. With the developer APIs, a technical audience can build custom applications and customize analysis templates and ML models.

You will join a fast-paced collaborative team of engineers on the journey to provide customers with an integrated set of innovative capabilities to analyze the data in a privacy-preserving way. You will have a real opportunity to impact and shape the future of secure data collaboration at Snowflake.

AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN CLEAN ROOM, YOU WILL:

  • Design and implement data clean room features, services, and APIs to enable secure multi-party collaboration.
  • Work closely with PMs to drive projects from idea formulation to design and implementation and help the team meet tight timelines.
  • Foster a warm, supportive culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE MOST OF THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale distributed systems in production.
  • Expert-level development skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with database systems.
  • Experience in data privacy, privacy-preserving analytics, and ML.
  • Strong fundamentals in computer science skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience.
