As a part of the Product Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation on the world's largest company. As a Senior UX Designer on the AI Assistants team, you’ll shape the future of AI-human interaction through thoughtful, intuitive, and empathetic design. You'll be an indispensable individual contributor crafting excellent experiences and delivering very strong work on time.

You'll Make an Impact By

  • Creating seamless experiences that help users effectively engage with our AI assistant across multiple touchpoints.
  • Contribute to designing best practices for AI assistant design frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business partners, engineers, product managers and researchers by creating concepts, and building rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity and ship impactful products.
  • Creating and championing an experience that is highly usable before delivering pixel-perfect designs.
  • Owning activities and deliverables for projects and engagements.
  • Rapid prototyping and experimenting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creating scalable experiences in partnership with our Design System team.
  • Efficiently organizing and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Experience designing AI assistant features, including conversation UX frameworks, error states, and recovery patterns is a big plus.


Minimal Qualifications

  • Degree in HCI, graphic design, visual communication, Digital Design, Information Architecture, or similar and at least 4 years of experience in product design.
  • A fantastic portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Interest, if not experience, in AI or e-commerce domains.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
